Etgar Israel was held on Yom Haatzmaut. This year almost 100 students from 5 Schools joined together to celebrate Yom Haatzmaut. Students competed in teams and worked together to answer a series of challenging questions based on the Etgar Israel Handbook. They were also set two creative challenges: to craft an exhibit for Israel’s entry into the world Expo and to design a new Israeli sandwich that reflected Israel at 75. The event ended with a celebratory barbecue enjoyed by all!
